Should I be worried about you selling my email or data?
Will my data be private and safe?
Yes – Medialytics uses no plain text communication whatsoever. Communication between all app components, including connections to the database, user passwords, and access tokens, are encrypted.
How many views are supported?
Each plan comes with up to 1 million total views from all of your integrations. If you end up needing more, additional views can be purchased.
How far back can I see my stats?
The Starter plan supports up to 30 days of stats. The Growth and Advanced plans support going as far back as we can get your stats.
How frequently are my video stats updated?
Your video stats will sync as soon as you create your account, and then once every day around 9pm EST. More frequent syncing will be available soon.
How long does my first data sync take?
It depends on how many video views you have. The length of time increases with the number of views. A good estimate is 5 minutes for every 3000 views.
I connected a video account but my dashboard is blank – why?
Because the needs of every marketer are different, we don’t create any dashboards for you (but we’d be happy to help you directly over Skype). To get started, we recommend following the first 6 widgets you should create.
